If you are not satisfied with the received item. Please return it within 5 days for a replacement or refund. We refund your original shipping cost, but you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you return products you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post. In case of the items get sent back (with “addressee unknown” or similar reasons) we have to apply an additional 5 USD fee to resend it ( 5 USD as standard delivery/12 USD as express shipping) and these additional fees are not refundable if you later choose to return your items.
